Technical Competencies for Senior Java Engineer:

• Must have applicable 4-year experience in Java 8 and 2 years in Spring framework and any scripting language such as shell and python.

• Operation experience with cloud platform such as AWS

• Preferable operation experience with AWS native services such as VPC, RDS and EC2

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient understanding of Linux operating system

• Experience in working with CI/CD using Jenkins

• Knowledge of data structures and design patterns.

• Experience in working on large existing applications.

• Experience with using GIT and SQL.

• Experience with CSS, HTML and Javascript.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with project methodologies including project management tools, estimating and documentation of requirements, use cases and test plans.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Interested in lending past experiences while collaborating with a team of developers to solve challenging business problems with elegant software.

• Experience with Formal Agile Development Techniques.

• Excellent sense of urgency and the ability to triage incidents, problems, and operation tasks quickly

• Preferable experience to monitor system such as Prometheus, DataDog and Zabbix
